Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Please note that processing time may be longer during peak seasons or promotional periods.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Time
We offer standard shipping via trusted carriers. Estimated delivery times are:

• Domestic (within India): 5–10 business days

• International: 10–21 business days

Please note these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary due to factors beyond our control, including customs delays, carrier issues, or weather conditions.

Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and shipping method selected. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss for all items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

Shipping Issues
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at Thegosai15@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue, but please understand that we are not liable for shipping carrier delays or damages.
